Student study 2011 launched

So I have been very busy this last few days printing, collating and checking everything is in order ready to start my study with students. I sent out the recruitment e-mail at the end of today and I have already had some responses. This is a good start but there is a long way to go as my recruitment targets are for about 90% of the available pool of students.

I am set to start testing middle of next week so I will keep a log over the next couple of months on how recruitment and testing goes. The pressure is on now – this is the start of my PhD proper what the last year and a half of prep has been for. I have 14.5 months to complete all my data collection, it seems like a very long time but recruitment is never smooth especially when you require participants for 2 hours! I will be posting about the good bits (like today) and the frustrating times.

I’m also going to post in a minute about another great exhibition (well 2 actually) that we saw towards the end of our honeymoon when we visited Budapest.
